Aberdeen - Poker run, picnic Saturday
The Spirit Riders will have their third annual benefit
ride Saturday for Make-a-Wish.
Registration for the poker run is at Wylie Park beach from
11 a.m. to noon.
Riders will travel approximately 140 miles, from Wylie
to Mellette, Redfield, Faulkton, Ipswich and back to Wylie.
Poker hands will be drawn at the end of the ride. There
will be a free picnic after the ride, at around 4 p.m.
If there is bad weather Saturday, the ride will take place
Sunday.
The fee is $5 for the poker run. Raffle tickets will be
sold for prizes.
Families are welcome to travel by car. The Spirit Riders
promote drug- and alcohol-free riding.
